FAQ

How do I get there?

The venue is located near Avignon in the South of France. Here are the best routes:

From Tallinn

  • Direct to Nice + Train: airBaltic flies direct to Nice. From Nice, take the train to Avignon (~3 hours).
  • Direct to Paris CDG + Train: airBaltic and Air France fly direct to Paris (~3 hours). Then take the TGV to Avignon (2h 40min).
  • Via Paris or Frankfurt to Marseille or Lyon: From Paris or Frankfurt, you can also connect to Marseille (1 hour from venue) or Lyon (1-hour TGV to Avignon).

From the US

  • Fly direct to Paris CDG + Train: There are direct flights to Paris CDG from both NYC and Houston. Then take the TGV high-speed train to Avignon (2h 40min, trains depart directly from CDG or Paris Gare de Lyon).
  • Fly to Paris or Frankfurt + Connect to Marseille or Lyon: From Paris or Frankfurt, you can also connect to Marseille (1 hour from venue) or Lyon (1-hour TGV to Avignon).

From Avignon TGV station, the château is just a 20-minute taxi ride away.

Book trains at SNCF Connect. Train tickets become available 3-4 months in advance.

What should I wear?

We suggest semi-formal / garden party attire. Think elegant but comfortable - you'll be enjoying cocktails on the lawn, followed by dinner outdoors in the courtyard, before moving indoors for dancing.

Ladies, please note that parts of the venue have grass and gravel paths, so consider wedges or block heels rather than stilettos. Gentlemen, please wear a suit jacket.

Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light layer or wrap.

Our Wedding Color Palette

Many of you have asked about wardrobe guidance, so we're sharing our wedding attire color palette here.

Our Wedding Colors - Olive Green, Soft Blue, Espresso, Golden Yellow, Rose, Navy Blue, Greige/Taupe

We would absolutely love to see you wearing tones from this selection. If you already have something in your closet that fits within or close to these colors — perfect. Please don't feel any pressure to purchase something new just for our celebration. This is simply soft guidance to help create a harmonious atmosphere.

The colors are not connected to gender — navy isn't just for men, rose isn't just for women. Wear whichever shade you feel best in.

Most importantly, come as you are and celebrate with us.

What will the weather be like?

Late September in Provence is typically lovely - warm sunny days averaging around 24°C (75°F) with cooler evenings dropping to around 14°C (57°F).

Packing tips:

  • Light layers for temperature changes between day and evening
  • Comfortable shoes for outdoor spaces
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen for daytime activities
  • A light jacket or wrap for evenings
  • Swimwear - the farewell brunch will be by the pool and we welcome guests to take a dip

What amenities are on-site?

The château offers wonderful amenities for you to enjoy during your stay:

  • Two heated swimming pools - perfect for relaxing before or after the festivities
  • Outdoor hot tub - seats 7 people
  • Tennis court - the venue has rackets available, but feel free to bring your own
  • Beautiful gardens - manicured lawns, vine terraces, and pine-lined paths to explore

Feel free to make the most of these during your stay.

What about gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. We are so grateful that you will be joining us for this special celebration in France.

We truly do not expect any gifts. If you wish to do something, we would love for you to visit us in NYC or have a shared experience together.

If you would like to do a speech, surprise, or anything special during the wedding, please get in touch with our wedding planner, Chloe.

Thank you for your love and support as we begin this new chapter together.
